How do I apply for a property?

You can do that on this website! Please go to tenancy application form.

How long do applications take?

We process applications as quickly as possible. Make sure you provide as much information as possible on the application form and include your ID. We will let you know if we have any delays in contacting your references.

What are the move in costs?

To move in you will need to pay three weeks rent for the bond payment, two weeks rent in advance and a letting fee if applicable. This is sometimes negotiable, so if there is a problem, please ask us.

How do I set up my power, internet and gas?

We recommend using Fast Connect. They can be contacted on 0800 88 55 99. You can use our very own LPM agent code which is 1346Z

What do I do if there is maintenance to report at the property i am renting?

If it is an urgent maintenance issue that needs reporting, please call us as soon as possible. If it is less urgent maintenance that needs reporting there is a maintenance report form.

How long after I report maintenance does it take to action?

Once we receive maintenance requests, we assess the urgency of the request and tlet the property owner know. If approved we then send out a contractor to undertake the work. The contractors will be given your number so they can contact you directly to arrange a time to go to the property to complete the work. If you are not going to be home, they can collect a key from our office and return it once they are done.

What happens if I lock myself out of my rental property?

If you do this during office hours, you may be able to arrange to pick up a key. Outside office hours, you will need to arrange a locksmith to unlock your door for you.

How often do you do property inspections?

We carry out inspections approximately every 3 months to ensure the rental property is in good condition. Sometimes we may need to inspect more frequently, but no more than once per month. You should let us know of any maintenance issues as soon as they happen, but if they are very minor then you can tell us about them during the inspection.The rental property should be clean and tidy so we can see any problems or maintenance issues. Tenants are given at least 48 hours notice of inspections.

What if I want to vacate my property before the fixed term tenancy finishes?

Please contact us to see if we may be able to assist you in finding new tenants to take over your tenancy.

What if I want to vacate my property but my flatmates do not?

You may be able to agree to change flatmates or agree to be removed from the Tenancy. Everyone named on the Tenancy Agreement needs to agree to the change. Please use our tenant change forms.
